RESPA EX-001 Fire Fighting Variant |
| For the ultimate protection of your
operators. Perfect for fire fighting, mining and
other extreme environments where conditions and
filtration requirements mean you need the very best
available. RESPA EX will maintain cab
pressurization, provide vapor protection and deliver
respirator quality air to the cab.
Currently available in a fire fighting
configuration with spark arrestors on the fresh air
intakes RESPA EX-001 meets the following

| When protection is important but the
environment doesn't require extreme measures turn to
RESPA SD. Perfect for applications such as landfills
and transfer stations where a high-capacity filter
is a must to reduce routine maintenance costs, RESPA
SD will maintain cab pressurization, help eliminate
unnecessary HVAC maintenance and provide a better
working environment for your operators.
In response to customer concerns of the cost of
the Gideon Technology Powered Air Filtration System
replacement filter canisters, RESPA SD will be a
field retrofit for the current Gideon Technology
Powered HVAC Air Filtration System. The new RESPA
units will provide the same level of performance you
have grown to expect from Sy-Klone and Gideon
Technology but will also allow Sy-Klone to offer
additional protection for those customers who
require it.
RESPA SD will be available with two levels of
filtration.

High Efficiency with High Capacity

| If space is at a premium and you don't
require a high-capacity filter then RESPA EC is for
you. RESPA EC provides maximum protection in a
smaller, more economical package. RESPA EC will meet
your filtration needs, maintain cab pressurization
and provide a level of protection you will come to
expect from the entire RESPA line.

How
it Works
|
1.
Debris-laden
air enters the RESPA system where the vast
majority of the debris is removed by one or two
Gideon Technology Powered Air Precleaner(s).
2.
The precleaned
air continues to the air filter housing where it
passes through the air filter which is
specifically designed to provide a specified level
of filtration and vapor protection if required.
3.
When required,
a blower draws air through the RESPA system and
delivers the fresh air into evaporator coil box for
heating/cooling.
4.
The in-cab
recirculation filter is matched to the RESPA
system to ensure the air flow is balanced and
providing the level of filtration required. |
