Our first product featuring Powered
Precleaning with Integrated Filtration for your HVAC
(Now
replaced by RESPA-SD) Also known as a "Gideon-on-a-Plate," this
was the first product that joined our revolutionary powered precleaner
with integrated filtration. The powered precleaner incorporates
patented Gideon� Technology for advanced particle separation, providing
precleaned air without adding any airflow resistance. Precleaned air
then goes through an integrated metal filter housing with a MERV 8
filter (European P1 filter), so only precleaned and filtered air goes
over your A/C coils, extending service intervals.
The next generation, updated version of
this product is RESPA-SD, which features a lighter weight monolithic
housing and lower
cost filter options which include MERV 8, MERV 16, and HEPA filter
choices (European P1, P2, and P3 filter choices). The higher levels of
filtration (MERV 16 and HEPA) will help protect your operator from
significantly more harmful airborne contaminants, including respirable
silica and diesel particulate matter (DPM). Go to RESPA-SD

For existing customers wishing to upgrade
to the RESPA-SD, the mounting bolt pattern is identical
so the units can easily be switched. Over time, the lower cost of
filters will pay for the upgrade.

even when A/C is off, resulting in dramatically increased operator
comfort.

integrated filter (with 37.43 sq. ft. of media) keeps A/C evaporator
coils and heater cores clean.
- Water resistant material does not wick water and remains
rigid, keeping its shape even when moist.
