Detailed Information:
Cost-Effective Protection that SAVES YOU MONEY!
Applications include mining, agriculture, construction, crash/fire/rescue and more.
NIOSH says "The uni-directional design is easy to incorporate and should be considered for all new and retrofit systems in surface mining equipment."
RESPA-SDX's uni-directional design was field tested for several years with NIOSH. Read the full article.
"We installed the RESPA-SDX, sealed the cab and realized a 425% reduction in DPM levels. We went from being out of compliance with the 160 µ/m3 per 8 hour day down to 32 µ/m3. This brought the cab into compliance. . . the operator after 250 hours of run time in the cab could not believe how clean the cab had remained. . . . the cost of the RESPA-SDX was a lot less than an MSHA fine. Anything we can do to protect our operators and keep MSHA happy is a good thing but the cost of this system is so low, compared to any other alternative, it is a great thing!"

This integrated, cost-effective product combines precleaning with fresh & recirculated air filtration, working with the HVAC unit to pressurize the cab for your operator’s protection.
Affordable: Cost-effective system for reducing operator exposure to harmful airborne debris.
Integrated: Compact, lightweight units combine a powered precleaner, engineered filtration and a cab pressure sensor, while occupying a minimal footprint.
Powered Precleaner: This amazing device removes debris BEFORE air passes over the filter, dramatically extending filter life.
Filter: MERV 16 filter for both fresh and recirculated air reduces operator exposure to respirable silica, DPM, and other common airborne contaminants.
Pressurizer: Works in conjunction with HVAC blower to maintain positive pressure which prevents debris from entering cab; sensor alerts operator to drops in pressure.
