Komatsu North America releases Advanced Technology Waste and Recycling package on Medium Excavator line

JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA, USA (Dateline: December 20, 2010) - Komatsu North America is providing a waste option for its PC130-8 through the PC450-8 excavator line that is not only competitive but cutting edge with their adoption of Sy-Klone® International's RESPA® and OPTIMAX® systems.

The Sy-Klone RESPA Cab Air Quality System provides precleaned, filtered air to the HVAC system and pressurizes the cab keeping odors out and extending HVAC life.

The Sy-Klone OPTIMAX Dual-Stage Precleaner is designed to provide clean air to the engine in the extreme debris conditions encountered in landfills, indoor recycling facilities and transfer stations.

These complete waste package retrofit kits, engineered by Sy-Klone specifically for Komatsu, provide a first-fit totally integrated solution. Complete retrofit kits for the RESPA Cab Air Quality System and the OPTIMAX Dual-Stage Precleaner are available through the Komatsu Dealer Network in North America and through the International Sy-Klone Dealer Network.
