Amy Rice


Chief Executive Officer

Amy is the Chief Executive Officer of Sy-Klone International. She is responsible for setting and executing the organization's strategy to achieve its vision. With extensive leadership experience in industrial segments, Amy is well-versed in establishing clear objectives and aligning resources to successfully scale an organization and realize untapped value for stakeholders. Amy joined Sy-Klone in December 2019, to lead the organization through its next phase of growth and innovation in the global air filtration market.

Background

Amy is an experienced executive, having served on three transportation entity boards of directors, and led diverse teams at large organizations with her keen operational, financial and commercial acumen. Prior to joining Sy-Klone, Amy was with CSX, where she sat on the Executive and Investment Committees, as well as served as the Vice President of Intermodal and Coal Operations, overseeing a 24x7 operation, comprised of more than 40 terminals and 1,300 staff. Prior to her operations role, she held executive and leadership positions in strategic planning, finance, and marketing. In addition to CSX, she worked at Deloitte, Citibank and National City Bank (now PNC).

Amy was recognized as one of Progressive Railroading's Rising Stars in 2018 and Jacksonville Business Journal's 40 under 40 in 2016.

Education

She holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration from the Emory University Goizueta School of Business and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
