Dave Ottenstein, VP of Sales, attended along with Bonalyn Boyd (Marketing Director), Todd Brown (Key Accounts Manager), and Roger Bryan (National Sales Manager). Not only was the team successful at achieving a 48% increase in leads over last year’s show, but Sy-Klone has already been invited to speak at another industry event in July.
Messaging in Sy-Klone’s booth was designed to quickly capture attendees’ attention through imagery and phrases that were specific to their needs. Of top concern to the attendees was the ability to meet regulatory requirements within their industries. OSHA’s silica rule was discussed quite a bit, along with Sy-Klone’s ability to help meet regulatory requirements using RESPA products to prefilter and pressurize the cab, thus protecting the operator, as well as the equipment.
Todd Brown, gave a fantastic presentation in the Presenter’s Pavilion on the show floor, discussing the Cab Pressurization and Filtration for Compliance and Worker Protection. Todd discussed the impact of a poorly sealed enclosure and demonstrated the difference in contaminant levels with a RESPA system and without. His knowledge of the various standards and regulations, as well as cab design, assured his audience that he was clearly an expert in the field. The audience was very attentive and engaged Todd in detailed conversations after the presentation about their specific needs, leading to other opportunities for Sy-Klone’s products.
